About the company

We are working with an incredibly well-established business that has had an incredible last 12/18months. As a result of their success, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Supply Chain Planner. You will be a key part of the Planning team, keeping close contact with their suppliers and customers ensuring the products move smoothly from source into the business.

About the role

This role would see you thriving in a busy department, liaising with logistics, internal supply chain, and commercial team. Your role will be to liaise with suppliers and the internal production and distribution teams, to ensure the supply chain runs smoothly. As with any new role, the key to this role will be in relationship building between multiple different teams.

The ideal candidate

The candidate we are looking for will ideally have a background in planning and have knowledge of Food/Fresh Produce/FMCG. This could be a good step up for someone looking to move into a Supply Chain role or wanting to take on a new challenge with a growing business. There is a lot of scope to develop this role and for the right person, there will be excellent progression opportunities.
