The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales growth by:

• Managing marketing and publicity campaigns both digital and print whilst adhering to agreed marketing budget
• Ensuring marketing campaigns (print, digital and events) are researched, developed, and executed successfully
• Provide brand focus by reviewing customer database, social media following, subscribers and liaising with the sales team
• Explore new areas with the sales team to increase sales
• Oversee the on-going development of company website and utilise google analytics to track success
• Brand customer service, promotional update materials, maintaining CRM systems and dealing with complaints
• Work with closely with NPD team

The Candidate

• Ideally degree or equivalent educated
• Previously worked with FMCG
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experienced in e-commerce marketing strategies
• Creative and dynamic
