Experienced Interim HRBP required to support a large food manufacturing business, over a busy Christmas period, with Generalist HRBP responsibilities and project work.
My client requires an experienced HRBP to support the business for a minimum of three months.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have trade union and FMCG experience, as this is a 24/7 unionised food manufacturing site.
My client is flexible on hours worked, they will even look at someone who would like to work 4 days.
Reporting into the Senior HRBP on site, you will work alongside one other HRBP and a HR Administrator.
This is a standalone generalist HRBP role, it will be very hands-on and will include
- ER case management - including conduct disciplinaries up to and including potential dismissals, plus experience with grievances
- Absence management - providing advice to managers on case management, but also picking up some admin linked to this (ie invites to welfare meetings)
- Data completion and administration - tracking and reporting of relevant data (absence, turnover, site demographics, engagement survey results etc) to provide insight into trends, and create actions plans on the back of this
- Providing support to managers on a range of policies and procedures
For the right individual there maybe the possibility of a permanent role within the business if desired.
