The Company:

It was over 100 years ago, when our founder William Dean first started collecting eggs from smallholders, and selling them door to door with the help of a horse and cart and a straw lined wicker basket. As our industry has grown, the knowledge, enterprise and loyalty of our people has kept us ahead, whilst as a family-owned business, we’ve been able to stay agile.

When we look to the future, we are clear that our purpose is to better nourish people, animals, and planet for the next 100 years, building a sustainable business, which is shaped by our values: Together, Ownership, Courage, Action, Respect and Excellence.

We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team. Reporting to the site Technical Manager the Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in delivering technical and quality assurance across the site.
