A rare multi-site opportunity for a big-hitting Hygiene Manager to transform and improve cleaning standards for a leading food manufacturer.

It's not often an opportunity of this size and scope comes along in food hygiene. A bold statement, maybe. But if you're looking to beef up (plant-based alternatives available) your food Hygiene career, you'll be hard-pushed to find anything better.

As a key member of the SLT, leading upwards of 125 Hygiene staff across three chilled food manufacturing sites, you'll be responsible for the Hygiene strategy extending up to six months ahead.

It's all about driving significant change and improvements - how can we clean more efficiently and how can we clean sustainably. Leadership will focus on a clearly communicated plan, extending across the factory to include Production, Engineering, and other supporting functions.

Leading and initiating robust investigations into non-conformances will require depth in-depth micro knowledge, along with a coaching leadership style focussed on continual learning. Management of the labour and chemicals budget means you'll ideally bring existing relationships with the providers. However, you will also need a keen understanding and interest in environmental impact, sustainable cleaning, and emerging technologies in this area.
