NPD Technologist

The NPD Technologist will join our NPD department to focus on development projects and innovation. As NPD Technologist you will provide technical support as required by the business and you will have the opportunity to be involved and to shape the creation and development of new exciting products.



OUR CLIENT is the leading UK independent bottler of wines and spirits, specialising in producing quality own-label wines to the UK Multiple and Convenience Retail Sectors.. THE ROLE will involve:NPD of Own Label and Branded DrinksDevelopment Process Management and Up scalingProduct Launches on time and to specificationTechnical and Regulatory ComplianceSupplier Management and Ingredient ApprovalCustomer engagement



The ideal candidate should have experience in all areas of NPD as we as: Working within a drinks manufacturing environment Product and Ingredient SpecificationCost Saving and Process OptimisationWorking within BRC and HACCP systems.Food Science or equivalent DegreeWorking alongside flavour houses to help develop new products
