Bakery Manager - Night Shift

We’re Cakesmiths, one of the UK’s leading independent bakeries, selling cakes to coffee shops across the land.

As a business committed to innovation, pushing cake boundaries and service excellence, we’re on the lookout for someone to be our new Night Shift Bakery Manager, tasked with keeping our production bustling through the night to keep up with the demand for cake.

Opportunities include:

• Night Shift, Full Time - 40 hours per week
• 9:00pm - 6am, 5 days over 7

About the role

• Managing a 20 + bakery team across the different production line departments
• Coordinating with the Support & Day Team for the requirements of the shift
• Ensuring our high food standards are closely followed
• Working at a fast pace in an organised way

What we would like you to have done

• Come from a food industry background
• 3 years management experience in a food environment
• Managed a team 20-30 people strong
