This brand new Technical Manager role is site based coming with a great team but also a challenge.
Have you worked with Tesco, M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury's or even Morrison's?
Are you currently a site Technical Manager and want more? This role will push you to be involved in technical decisions and support through technical challenges.
Technical is an area that is vital on all sites, working with major retailers and developing teams. We require shortlisted candidates to have the following:

- Communication skills
- Management skill/experience

This role will involve supporting the Head of Technical in all aspects of managing the Technical Department. You will need to ensure high technical standards are met and maintained across the site working within technical services, Quality and also provide focus to customers in terms of building and maintaining relationships.
We are looking for someone who enjoys developing teams and has man management experience - not scared to bite the bullet and drive teams forward!
