Food Coordinator

The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, artisanal food manufacturer who produce a wide array of delicious products. They are now looking for an experienced and accomplished Food Coordinator to help drive the creative vision of their food.

The Role

In this pivotal Food Coordinator role you’ll be responsible for supporting the Food Manager on all things food including the development of the Ecommerce range and key food information. Your key responsibilities will include driving product names and descriptions as well as all food information. You will also provide support on quality actions, queries and reports across outlets. You will be carefully managing all the product samples through the development process as well as supporting in the display maximization for new projects.

You will be accountable for the development and implementation of the Ecommerce range in order to create the exciting range of food products for the ecommerce platforms. You will also be coordinating stock link systems – setting up products, BOM and linking of codes for all products.

The Person

Suit an enthusiastic foodie graduate who has gained NPD experience in a similar role within retail, brand or food manufacturing. You will have a food science degree or similar discipline. You will be a highly collaborative team member, excellent communicator and be up for any challenge. In addition you’ll need to have excellent attention to detail and will be committed to a job well done. You’ll be full of drive and ambition with a creative, can-do attitude and will have strong IT skills. You’ll be keen to work in a fast paced environment with an unfailing level of enthusiasm and energy to drive business forward and succeed.
