The Role
You’ll be a highly proactive member of the supply chain team, building close and effective working relationships with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure stock availability and delivery of all products Food and Non-Food. You will be the key contact for all logistic queries and work with UK & European partners to export products and manage complexity in the supply chain.

Never being happy with the status quo you’ll be constantly striving to find new ways of working and best practice to drive effective partnerships. This will include updating and redefining supply chain processes that can help deliver a competitive advantage.  You’ll be the keystone for the Supply Chain team as you lead cross functional projects with a mantra of ‘collaboration’, ensuring success across this fast paced business.

The Person
We are looking for a commercially aware Senior Supply Chain professional who has previous experience in a similar role within the food industry. A solid background of end to end supply chain management, team management as well as cost reduction projects is essential.

You’ll also have acquired a proven track record of driving continuous improvement along with an eye for detail and an analytical approach which will enable you to devise effective business solutions. In addition it is also vital that you possess excellent organisation, planning and communication skills with the ability to form strong working relationships across all functions.
