You will be working with an established team on the night shift with responsibility for a small team on days also. Slight flexibility around hours is required on occasion in line with business needs and in order to have a presence for all within the team.
You will have a track record of success in driving teams forward and be an ambitious individual that is seeking to take your career to the next level.
Innovation thrives within growth periods in any business and this site is no exception; reporting into the senior leadership team you will provide strategies to improve.
Previous experience within Hygiene within the food industry is essential for this role. A Hygiene Team Leader/Shift Manager that is looking for a step up is highly recommended to apply.
