This successful brand is going places. They have an impressive portfolio of delicious products at the cutting edge of food innovation. You'll be working on first-to-market innovation projects. This will involve identifying and researching the latest food technologies and developing these for use in new and existing products. You will be liaising with ingredients suppliers, manufacturers and research agencies then collaborating with your colleagues across Product Development, Technical and Process to drive projects forward.
You'll be presenting your ideas to internal teams and senior stakeholders. Being confident and articulate you'll generate enthusiasm for your great new concepts that feed into the innovation pipeline.
Your role will have an international remit - working on innovation projects for global markets. If you enjoy hopping on a plane from time to time, this would be a perk of the role. They offer hybrid working with a few days a week in the office, particularly to attend any key project meetings.
To succeed here, you'll need a Food Science background and experience in an R&D role in food manufacturing or ingredients. Culture fit is key too.
