Are you a Maintenance Manager / ambitious Engineering Team Leader seeking a new challenge in the food industry?
Due to internal progression, our client, a very well-established ambient food processor has an outstanding opportunity available for a team orientated, CI focussed - resourceful Maintenance Manager to join the team.
Ideally, you will have previous experience managing multi-disciplined engineering teams within food / FMCG, be qualified to Level 4 / HNC (minimum) and possess strong management and leadership skills.
Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will drive performance across the plant via improvement initiatives, organise resources and ensure training, development and wellbeing needs are met.
