Excellent opportunity for a Head of Production to join a rapidly growing food production company at a brand-new facility in London.

As Head of Production, you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all production lines at the facility. You will be managing all production KPIs with product quality at the core.

This is a diverse food operations management position where you will be accountable for production, technical, quality, food safety, H&S, hygiene, Continuous Improvement, and dispatch.

You will be a manufacturing expert in a role that's all about people and process. Implementing strategic processes across the site whilst leading a team of up to 50 in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires an influential leader with a real gravitas who can build effective teams. You will lead from the front and be present on the shop floor, offering coaching and mentoring to the team where required.

To be considered for this role you must have a wealth of food operations experience, be a well-rounded food manufacturing professional and have been in a site leadership role before.

You'll be a strong communicator and be highly experienced working with cross-functional teams and third parties such as couriers. My client is looking for a hardworking and driven individual who can handle high pressure and fast growth.
