An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to work alongside our Director and be part of our rapidly developing frozen bakery and bakery ingredients brand. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional sales and marketing person to help us drive our B2B trade growth, specifically in Foodservice, Major Retail, Sandwich Production, and Contract Catering.
Your role will be to:
- Lead the development and implementation of our Sales and Marketing Strategy to meet a realistic budget
- Seek and implement effective ways to promote and ‘pull through’ our products to the end users using a range of techniques and routes to market
- Prioritise and effectively manage your time towards customers where the best opportunities can be delivered
- Travel Nationally, establishing meetings with prospect customers, demonstrating products to drive new business growth
- Develop lasting relationships with our existing customers and suppliers to extend our business
- Attend Trade Shows and present our products to decision makers such as Buyers, Head Chefs and Product Managers
The ideal candidate will have experience in a National B2B sales role, preferably in Frozen or Chilled Foods. They will be enthusiastic, tenacious, professional, a good timekeeper and organised. They will be educated to Degree or equivalent level in an area relevant to the role.
Package: £40 - 45k basic salary pa, 15% sales performance related bonus, expensed company car or allowance
