About The Job

As Shift Manager you will be responsible for the running and development of the manufacturing area, maintaining the performance of the production teams whilst also looking after the other areas of the business. As always, performance management is vital, including Health & Safety, KPI's and continued improvement. Another vital aspect of this position is the day-to-day upholding of the business values and ethos.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal individual will come with strong experience in a Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing environment, being able to bring knowledge and skills from this experience, and having the ability to work strategically to gain the buy-in and develop an exciting team. Experience in Health & Safety is vital, along with the ability to manage performance within budgetary targets.
