HR Advisor | Fresh Produce | West Sussex

We are looking for an outstanding calibre graduate with HR experience. Our client is a well-reputed company within the fresh produce industry and you'll be based at their site in West Sussex. If you're currently doing an HR role and are curious about the fresh produce industry, then you're on the right page.



The Role

As HR Advisor you will be expected to provide confidential HR advice, support and guidance to all staff and first-line managers

To support the Head of HR as required

Organise training and development requirements, particularly with the Operations department, as identified through 1-1s.

To organise recruitment drives when required

Provide HR support in relation to all aspects of employment, including administering and advice on: contracts, absence, maternity, disciplinary and grievances, 1-1s, leaving interviews, and general administration.

To look to identify areas of improvement, opportunity and innovation and communicate these to the relevant personnel

The Candidate

You will have some sort of previous HR experience, preferably CIPD level 5 qualified

An interest in the fresh produce industry

Exceptional organisational skills

Flexible approach to work

Good financial awareness

Excellent communication skills across all platforms
