My client is looking for an experienced interim HRBP who is used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running with minimal support.
Reporting into the Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for a site of up to 300 employees and you will have the support of a HR Co-ordinator.
This role will be for a minimum of three months, and they need someone to start ASAP.
As the Interim HRBP you will be supporting the Senior HRBP on any specific projects, as well as coaching line managers on people performance, absence, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
You will work closely with the central shared HR services team with regards to weekly and salaried recruitment and conduct labour planning meetings with management to ensure the site is always at the optimum level.
