Excellent opportunity for a Production Shift Manager to join a rapidly growing food production company in West London!

As Shift Production Manager you will report directly into the Factory Manager helping to ensure the smooth running of the factory, leading a dedicated team of up to 50 strong (likely to grow in the coming months), accountable for managing all manufacturing KPIs.

This is a very diverse opportunity which will see you wear many hats with accountabilities for Production, Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Continuous Improvement, and Dispatch.

You will need to be an influential food Operations professional who can lead from the front, always be present on the shop floor, offering training and coaching to the team where required.

To be considered for this role you will have at least three years' experience working within food manufacturing and have a thorough understanding of Food Safety, Hygiene, and HACCP. This is a fast-paced role and will require someone who can handle pressure and deliver against set targets.
