Here's a role for an ambitious Product Developer looking to make their mark…Developing innovative, delicious new products for an iconic brand.

You'll be part of a talented and supportive team bringing exciting new products to market. This will involve being involved in the full product development cycle from trends and research through to product launch.

You'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues across other business functions to take products through the stage and gate development process. You'll be benchmarking products, working with the development chef to create delicious new concepts, product testing and calculating nutritional data. There's a big focus on driving the health agenda alongside work on plant-based and indulgent concepts. You'll enjoy real variety here working on a diverse range of projects.

The role offers flexible working with a couple of days a week with the team at Head Office. You'll also have some travel to visit suppliers and attend factory trials.

We're looking for someone with a couple of years' experience in a similar role within food manufacturing, retail, or brand. Someone who loves food, is passionate about new product development and interested in the latest global food trends. You'll need good organisational skills to manage multiple projects along with the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
