An exciting opportunity for a Food Development/Equipment Implementation Manager has become available to join a fast-expanding food business based in London.
Working as the Food Development/Equipment Implementation Manager, means you work across different stages of the NPD Process and you will be the main link between the food development and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for nutrition and allergen management and will build strong relationships with our suppliers.
Accountability for ops adherence & understanding of process & accuracy of information 
Create all recipe / product build documentation & training guides for restaurant teams 
Manage packaging – work with buyers in driving new packaging solutions
Create and manage equipment settings in restaurant e.g. hot hold, oven, toaster,
Attend product panels & product development days designing dishes 
Drive equipment innovation & complete equipment testing 
Organise, launch and manage any equipment and food trials 

Key Skills Required:
Previous experience in a similar NPD Process role in a food retail, food service or food manufacturing environment
Passionate about food, sustainability and values customer needs
Excellent attention to detail
Loves to work proactively to find the solution 
Really organised & self-motivated 
Willing to learn and be part of team
