My client is looking for an quality professional with experience in Labelling, Quality Complaints, Regulatory, and Specifications to support the business for a period of at least three months.

Their Quality Manager is taking a secondment, to manage a project, and therefore the business requires an interim to cover and support the day-to-day and projects for a minimum of three months.

You will be managing a team of three, a Senior QA Technologist, QA Technologist, and Specifications Technologist.

The role will sit outside of IR35 and has a competitive day rate on offer.

Reporting into the current Quality Manager you will cover the day-to-day running of the Quality department including; complaints, data, labelling, regulatory (new markets, etc.), as well as supporting on any projects.

Quality Complaints - liaise with the Customer Service team and respond to issues

Labelling - create labels for various markets (some new)

Reporting - Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Technical Manager

Regulatory / New markets - attend the appropriate meetings and support

Specifications - liaise with the Specification Technologist to ensure finished products specifications are correct
