This is a great role for someone with HR experience, within fast-paced manufacturing environments, to make a difference.

A great opportunity for an experienced HRBP who is used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running.

This is a standalone role reporting into the Senior HRBP who will be able to offer support and guidance when required and be working alongside you on larger projects. You will be responsible for supporting the site and being the key HR presence, getting out to talk to people and engaging with the leadership team and factory as much as possible.

You will be ready to get stuck in, not just be stuck behind your desk.

Looking after a broad range of transactional generalist HR duties this will include Employee Relations, looking at performance management, disciplinaries, grievance, and sickness cases.

In the role you will also take on coaching and advising line managers in order to help them develop while ensuring compliance across all HR policies and procedures and improving Employee Engagement.

You will work closely with the central shared HR services team on weekly and salaried recruitment and conduct labour planning meetings with management to ensure the site is always at the optimum level.

The right professional will be CIPD qualified or have strong experience in a similar role with a proven understanding of employment legislation and good practice.
