Job Details

An established and successful business experiencing recent growth and investment.  Suppliers of specialist ingredients into further manufacturing and retailers, sourced from high quality producers around the world.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be based from home, with occasional trips to their offices and customers around the country, as restrictions allow. 

Key Accountabilities
•    Achieve sales growth and targets 
•    Building customer accounts, putting the customer first and leveraging success
•    Implement agreed pricing agreements and manage on a daily basis
•    To implement and manage projects on a daily basis 
•    Support the execution of the category development plans and Innovation presentations
•    Proactively managing clients
•    Produce monthly performance reports 
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders 
•    Monitor customer projects to ensure that quality expectations and timelines are met 
•    Ability to attend meetings overseas as required 
•    Ability to work flexibly with team members and customers 

Personal Profile
•    Essential to have solid, proven work experience in sales, with industry related experience in soft drinks, flavours or juices
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work diplomatically with clients
•    Accuracy and attention to detail
•    Resilient and able to deliver under pressure
•    Solutions orientated and target driven
•    Enthusiastic and self-motivated
•    Excellent IT skills; Microsoft Office (Excel advanced), SAP
•    Technical background preferred
•    Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market research and data sources
•    Strong team player, ability to use own initiative, as well as be part of a team  
•    Presentations Skills
•    Negotiation Skills
•    Communication Skills
