Excellent opportunity for a Factory Manager to join is a well-established, market leading food company who have exciting growth plans in place!

This role reports directly into the Group Director who is responsible for multiple sites within the business, therefore as Factory Manager you will be the most senior individual on site giving you full autonomy and a great opportunity to put your own stamp on this role!

As Factory Manager you will take full ownership of factory operations and manufacturing KPIs ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site! This is a fast-paced factory that's in a good place but still has a lot of work to be done to get it to WCM standard!

Heading up the site leadership team you will have full accountability of production, engineering, technical, quality, Continuous Improvement, supply chain, hygiene, health and safety, and HR.

You will be the driving force in embedding a strong people culture across the factory! This role is about process and people and therefore requires an inspirational leader with real gravitas to ensure the team is performing and the process is working.

This role isn't for the faint-hearted and you will have to make some difficult decisions! Leading from the front, you'll need to be forward-thinking in your approach, strategic with your planning, and passionate about CI with experience of implementing CI and Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques across site.

To be considered for this role you will have been in a site leadership role before within the food manufacturing industry and have a thorough understanding of GMP and factory operations. You will be ambitious, pragmatic, and know what good looks like.
