And with CI at the core, examples of where you have delivered initiatives and received recognition in these areas are equally important.

As laboratory management is part of this role, strong microbiology experience is essential to quickly establish working rapport with the current team. Ideally qualification up to HACCP Level 4, BRC audit experience and a good understanding of the main retailer systems and codes of practice are needed.
