We are working with one of the market leaders in supplying food products to some of the major UK Supermarkets and the Food Manufacturing sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a standalone H&S Manager to be part of this extremely well-established company, responsible for the implementation of the policy across the site.

About the Job

They are looking for an enthusiastic Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to implement and promote a strong Health and Safety culture on site - this is a hands-on role so you will be expected to be actively writing SOP's, creating risk assessments, etc. not just overseeing. Managing the main areas of the business - Production, Warehouse/Logistics

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, being the dedicated provision on-site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioral aspects of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement

The Ideal Candidate

You will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is essential that you have a proven track record of as a Health and Safety professional within a manufacturing environment and possess your NEBOSH certification.
