This role can be remote.

  • Take ownership for weekly aggregate performance reporting for Snacks and Nutrition, supporting the Category Leads with analysis including YoY and seasonality trends, and implement improvements
  • Accountability for preparation, action capture and output of Snacks DDS meetings 5 days per week, and Juice and Grains DDS meetings 2 days per week each. Provide close support to Category Planning Managers to ensure productive meeting and target service and forecast actions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Category Leads and Demand Planning colleagues to produce an accurate National Level forecast by SKU and technology.
  • Provide analysis of current & future low code risk, and take actions to find clearance routes to mitigate
  • destructions. This includes collaboration with the Low Code Manager in weekly S&OP and cross-functional Low Code forums, highlighting to Customer Collaboration Associates for weekly Demand Reviews, and using your insight & knowledge to identify and flag ad hoc risks.
  • Work with Low Code Manager to authorise Finished Goods destructions on a weekly basis and ambient and chilled. For period end, be able to reconcile and explain the results to Supply Chain Finance, ensuring accruals/provisions are captured where required, and provide insight on BOY flash.
  • UK Raw Mats Obsolescence process facilitation for Snacks and Grains. Govern process together with
  • Snacks Lead Analyst, ensuring financial reporting is accurate and timely, the approval process is upheld, and work with AP to resolve invoice queries. Facilitate monthly meeting with key commercial and Supply stakeholders to ensure control around material disposal and approvals. Escalate to SC Inbound Supply Director for final approval.
  • Ability to manipulate complex data to form management information - proficient manipulation of large amounts of data. Strong ability to identify connections in data with excellent Excel knowledge to identify and deliver actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Good level of analytical skills - ability to identify trends and insights from management information
  • Strong communication skills - ability to layout data, trends and insights in a way that engages key
  • stakeholders.
  • Supply chain knowledge preferable - planning, operation, order capture.
  • Team player - work with Category Leads and Low Code Manager to govern entire cross-category analytics agenda, ensuring no gaps in training/cover.
