Job Details

The main purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the E2E Supply Chain Control Tower concept. This would include the extraction and interpretation of big data from a range of sources, using algorithmic, data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning and statistical tools to provide insights making it accessible to business.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Insights Lead to create, modify and analyse E2E dashboards to support business decision making to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Insights Lead to leverage the BI platform, maintain the system and track performance metrics
  • Active part of the Insights and Analytics Team, sharing daily updates on any KPI trends, performance gaps to mitigate risk.
  • Supporting the customer collaboration agenda from a SC perspective via strong internal and external relationships
  • Validate Control Tower data against SAP and source systems
  • Support on the preparation of the BU Service Review. Prepare data and share insights.
  • Support the improvements that will drive more effective and continued development and maintenance of the "Data Analytics Control Tower


Key Skills/Experience Required

 

 

 

  • Experience in systems APO/JDA/Prolink/ SAP and Power BI
  • Attention to detail and very well organised
  • Analytical skills, proficiency in manipulation of data, and ability to identify connections in data with solid Excel knowledge to identify and deliver actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience in SQL/ Python / R / SAP Analytics Cloud and Celonis
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with contact up to Director level.
  • Ability to influence and challenge internal customers and communicate effectively with them.
  • Supply Chain knowledge and experience with the ability to understand impact of any issues or change across the network and planning teams.
  • Works well under pressure, results-driven with the ability to multi-task.
  • Uses own initiative to seek improvement.
  • Looks to overcome internal issues by developing effective solutions
