The company

Our client is a highly successful division of a major FMCG company operating across a number of diverse categories. The company has a broad portfolio of branded alcoholic and soft drinks. Still proudly privately owned and entrepreneurial, our client remains committed to strengthening its presence in the FMCG sector.

They are now looking to strengthen their operations team with the appointment of a Site Manager for one of their smaller manufacturing facilities.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading the management team and workforce. Key objectives will include delivering the production plan, maximising capacity and efficiency of production whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all staff. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution of quality assurance and hygiene standards. You will ensure effective performance management as well as coaching and developing the team.

 About you

Experience and sound knowledge of managing a BRC-accredited operation is key.
