Production Team Leader

Leading a Team of 6-8 GA’s you will be responsible for the production and quality of all products and also responsible for highlighting any quality concerns to either the Section Manager or the Quality Department. The Team Leader is responsible on an hour basis for the performance of a team, taking ownership for the performance measures and proposing improvements to methods of working.

Background and Experience

Preferred, previous Team Leader experience within a manufacturing environment.

Good planning and organisation skills.

Ability to work under high pressure.
