The Role:

Reporting into the Technical and NPD functions, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the product launch of NPD and EPD activities on site…

• Deliver success product launches
• Manage and develop process team
• Lead trials, manage customer panels (internal and external) and expectations
• Communicate across multiple functions within the business
• Take ownership of problematic products and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure process department in audit ready

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing environment in a process technologist role
• Degree in Food Science or Technology
• Experienced in a coaching / developing people
• Major retailer customer experience
• Able to work flexible hours and travel

The Package:

• Salary c. £30,000 - £35,000
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
