Technical Account Manager
£40,000 - £60,000
Are you looking for a new role in Technical? My client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a family run, multi site business that has business with nearly every retailer.
Reporting to the Head of Technical
- Provide front line response to customer Technical queries, customer complaints and product rejections and any crisis situations.
- Lead meetings, visits, workshops and audits with customers.
- Drive year on year improvement on KPI targets
- Lead the site technical team, to ensure that all the Quality systems and procedures are maintained
- Managing the auditing process, including internal auditors, and be a key player in managing the relationship with retailers
- Train and develop your team, delegating accountabilities and ensuring the highest quality products leave the site
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Direct head office retail customer experience within technical with a short shelf life food supplier.
- Proven experience with commercial driven supply chains
- Face to Face customer contact within head office.
