All you need is previous experience working within Administration or Sale Support roles to help you hit the ground running. You will bring confidence in your experience and skills with you, working at pace, showing attention to detail, the ability to make decisions, and to question if you think something is wrong.

Your main responsibilities will include:-
  • Responding to export customer queries
  • Export order processing
  • Arrange export documentation accurately
  • Working with internal business partners and customers regarding special customer requirements
  • General support for Export Sales Team
  • Resolve day to day issues where necessary
  • Input Purchase Orders
  • Providing telephone support to Customer Service team


You will need to be motivated and have a pro-active approach, being a multi-tasker and strong communicator cross-functionally internally and externally. In return you will be given support
