The Role:

Reporting to the Process Manager, the main objective of the role is to deliver successful product launches by…

• Implement new and existing product design for products and processes into the production site
• Lead scale up process by conducting trails
• Ensure products and processed are ‘fit for purpose’
• Identify and assess new or improved technologies / equipment to deliver improved efficiencies, cost, and consistency
• Manage customer panels (internal and external) and expectations
• Take ownership of problematic products and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure process department is audit ready

The Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry within a process or similar function
• Degree in Food Science / Technology or equivalent
• Condiments, sauces, drinks experience
• Excellent knowledge of data systems (SAP)
• Highly organised and able to critically analyse data

The Package:

• Salary c. £38,000
• Monday – Friday
• Annual bonus
