Salary: c. £25K DOE + excellent benefits package!
Monday - Friday 7.30 - 16.30.
About Our Client
Our client is a very well-established family owed horticultural business who are one the country's leading supplier of indoor plants to the UK supermarkets. They continue to invest significantly in their production facility; both in the people and new, innovative manufacturing processes.
About the Job
This is a new vacancy to the business, to support the Logistics Manager. We are looking for a Transport Admin / Planner to manage day to day planning and administration including import / export practices. You will also communicate regularly with suppliers, customers and account managers. You will assist in the routes and management of their own vehicles too.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally you will come with some transport / logistics experience within a FMCG, horticulture or Food business but this isn't essential. However, it goes without saying you will come with excellent communication, numeracy and analytical skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
