This well-established health and well-being business has grown to become a leader in the sector, backed by leading doctors and nutritionists. The company is developing new channels for a variety of products and brands and is seeking a Paid Social Manager, to maintain and develop social campaigns across all brands and platforms.
The Role
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation and reporting of paid social campaigns across all ranges and platforms. With the help of the Brand Marketing Manager, they will instigate the plan and deliver the campaigns to support the awareness, consideration and conversion KPI. 
The Paid Social Manager will work very closely with the rest of the Brand Marketing team to ensure that the social campaigns complement the rest of the ATL plans, as well as supporting on other key initiatives such as partnership content and influencer activity. 
The successful candidate will live and breathe social media, with their finger on the pulse of what’s trending. They will be naturally curious, always seeking out best practice examples, and love to break down barriers with new ways of doing things. They will manage the day-to-day implementation of our paid social media, with a focus on delivering our defined Social KPIs.

Personal Profile
• Demonstrable social media management experience 
• 2+ years’ directly relevant experience
• An instinctive know-how for what makes an engaging social media campaign 
• An understanding of the role social media activity plays in the customer experience 
• Results and insight driven for commercial outcomes
• Ability to work with and influence a broad range of colleagues at all levels of the business
• Proven track record of efficiently managing budgets 
• An exemplary communicator demonstrating strong written, verbal and organisational skills
• A good general understanding of basic marketing principles
• Impeccable attention to detail 
• Able to work autonomously in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. 
• As a remote position this role can be based from anywhere in the UK
