Our client, a multi-site family-run food manufacturer is looking for a HR Advisor to work part time, 3 days per week for their site based in Southeast London. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist and will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle at this exciting organisation.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:
- Managing all internal recruitment Maintaining and updating the HR System Responding to all HR related queries Dealing with grievances and disciplinaries, employee welfare and onboarding Completing annual reviews Updating policies and procedures Internal and external communication including liaison between the company and a HR Business Support Company
Essential / Desirable skills include:
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist role, any industry considered Can-do attitude, capable of responding professionally to any given situation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, believe in building solid relationships, a leader and a role model who believes in adding value Proficient with spreadsheets and systems

The working hours are 8 hours per day, 3 days a week. The salary for the role is £22k-25k pro rata per annum.
