Production Shift Manager, Cheshire

As Production Shift Manager you will play a pivotal role within the business and report directly to the Head of Operations. You will be accountable for leading the production ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the factory (which by the way is a very impressive new build).

You will need to be an influential leader and an effective communicator to make this role a success! Leading from the front, offering coaching, mentorship, and training to your team where required.

Working closely with all departments including planning and supply chain, you will need to have a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics too.

This role is all about people and process so you will need to have strategic processes in place, accountable for all factory operations KPIs.

To be considered for this post you will have worked as a Production Manager within the FMCG industry, ideally food production but other industries will be considered - an experience Warehouse Manager with strong people leadership skills could also be a good match for this role!
