Our client has ambitious UK growth plans and they are now looking to recruit a Customer Supply Chain Manager to work in their Operations team, providing Supply Chain support for several international markets. This role will report to the International Supply Chain Manager.
The main purpose for this exciting role is to manage the order to invoice process for the UK & Europe markets. The Customer Supply Chain Manager will manage a team of 3 who receive orders into the system, will work with logistics providers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and will be responsible for accurate invoicing and resolving customer claims.
We are seeking detail-oriented business professionals with working knowledge of the relevant markets (UK & Europe) and logistics flow and process within an FMCG business. Direct management experience is essential.
The position requires a confident, resilient individual, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be naturally highly organised, calm under pressure and have a keen attention to detail. You possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
