This small but growing food business manufacture some of their own products as well as importing delectable products for retail and restaurant groups. They are now looking for a confident and capable Business Service Administrator/ Account Manager to join their great team.
In this role you would oversee customer ordering process and liaise with various departments to make sure products are made/packed and shipped on time. You will be the first point of contact and provide product and service information to customers. You will also be responsible for dealing with complaints, taking orders and offering cooking advice.
We are looking for a highly organised person with great time management skills, ability to adapt quickly and successfully manage multiple projects.
You must have a methodical approach to tasks along with a finely tuned eye for detail, as well as first class communication skills as you’ll be communicating as the face of the company.
Knowledge of food is essential as you will be communicating with chef’s day in and out. Also, speaking Spanish is a highly desirable trait as many customers will speak Spanish too.
