As with all chilled food sites, the pace is fast. It will take resilience, strong communication skills, and clear thinking to bring in the results. You'll lead front and centre, building on strong customer relationships through technical integrity, and audit ready standards. As an integral part of the Leadership Team, you'll be closely involved in designing the technical and quality strategy, ensuring your team have the tools and clear direction to drive it forward.
A strong CI culture means accountability across the whole site. You'll play your part, immersing yourself in finding ways to improve and streamline processes and encouraging those behaviours in your team.
Qualified to degree level in a Food Science or relative subject, we're looking for strong micro knowledge and ideally HACCP level 4. The ability to make decisions calmly while working at pace will filter effectively to your team.
