About our Client
A growing business, looking to develop its current Planning department is looking for someone that can join the business and drive them forward. The business is ambitious and driven to succeed on its journey and with excellent products and customers.
About the Role
As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the materials and information flow through the business from demand to supply. You will monitor sales forecasts and demand from customers and build these requirements into planning models. You will work closely with production to verify that output matches demand and alert stakeholders if an issue is likely.
The Ideal Candidate
With plans and ambitions, the want/desire to build your own team will be very advantageous. The ideal person will be an excellent communicator who can build relationship both internally and externally.
Ultimately, however, you will need proven experience within fresh produce / food manufacturing and having an understanding of forecasting and planning.
