You'll work within a great business, with heritage and a great track record. They will provide a development kitchen, technical team, and factory unit set to assist you in succeeding as you become a key influence across the business. Smashing out ideation, developing concepts through to commercial implementation you're building a pipeline for the future.

Working with co-manufacturers and suppliers as you consider the latest food trends, as well as homely classics already tried and tested. Adapting with this key food ingredient, recipes that can become first-to-market products on the shelves of the UK's major grocery retailers and supermarkets.

You'll already be working within a food manufacturer as a Development Chef. You know what is required to take a concept through the stage gate processes, working with the technical team as you ensure required standards are surpassed. You'll plan and run the sensory and organoleptic trials as well as factory trials. Refining the finished product to get to an exacting level that will have your new additions to the shelves, flying off them!
