In this role, you will work with the global team to manage the supply chain in European market as well as set up supply chains in new markets. You’ll be a highly proactive member of the supply chain team, building close and effective working relationships with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure stock availability and delivery of all products Food and Non-Food. You will be the key contact for all supply chain related queries and work with European partners to manage the complexity in the supply chain process.
Never being happy with the status quo you’ll be constantly striving to find new ways of working and best practice to drive effective partnerships. This will include updating and redefining supply chain processes that can help deliver a competitive advantage.
We are looking for a commercially aware Supply Chain Manager who has previous experience in a similar role within the food industry (food service, retail or manufacturing supply chain). A solid background of end to end supply chain management, team management as well as cost reduction projects is essential.
You’ll also have acquired a proven track record of driving continuous improvement along with an eye for detail and an analytical approach which will enable you to devise effective business solutions. In addition it is also vital that you possess excellent organisation, planning and communication skills with the ability to form strong working relationships across all functions.
