Are you an experienced Compliance, Health & Safety Manager looking to join a fun, vibrant and high performing business?
Do you have specific exposure to compliance + safety with a special focus on Hard FM/Engineering as well as a good understanding of leisure, hospitality and entertainment activities?
You will be responsible for delivering safe environments for everyone across the business by having an appropriate compliance, safety mindset and ways of working.  

Main Responsibilities:
To deliver safe and legally compliant environments for everyone 
To lead the compliance and safety agenda for activities and entertainment providing a safe environment for all.
To ensure all company assets are safe and fully protected
To provide a “no surprises” environment where risks and non-compliances are quickly identified and rectified
To deliver and develop compliance and safety audit programmes
To investigate all incidents with professionalism and rigor taking appropriate follow up action and supporting continuous improvement across the business
Keep safety culture at the forefront of everything we do and look for ways to develop and improve that culture
Identify + reduce the risk of any developments, future activities, emerging risks or trends, that may impact the safety performance of our business
Review and update policies, procedures and other documentation to reflect changes

Key Skills Required:
Competent (training and experience) in safety in a Hard FM/Engineering environment
Competent (training and experience) in safety in leisure/hospitality and/or entertainment environment with expertise which adds value
Strong technical skills and appropriate qualifications (and up to date knowledge)
Good knowledge of health + safety and the implementation of a robust safety culture across a fast moving and restless operation
Has the passion + enthusiasm to help create an appreciation for the need for a safe working environment
Is a great communicator who can share complex technical information simply + concisely
Is a relationship builder with the ability to engage with all levels of staff in the development of a safety culture
Has high levels of personal energy + responds positively and constructively to changing circumstances to achieve results
Able to work independently and manage own workload but also able to work in groups either in person or remotely
Ability to travel around the UK with a full UK driving license required
