This role will be part of the Commercial team and will be responsible for managing all commercial information across all channels.
It’s an exciting time to join whilst the business finalise onboarding of partners, establishing processes, relationships and new thinking.
Work closely with the Launch Manager to manage the in-store and delivery pricing per partner within their required timelines.
Share relevant costs where requested with partners and manage queries related to ingredient cost changes/impact to their margins
Ensure franchisees are adhering to agreed minimum range in store and on delivery and agreed maximum pricing set in store and on delivery
Manage all queries with each partner relating to price, TCOF, VAT, range, new products and delists
Manage the onboarding of delivery platform for new partners/sites and manage any contract queries
Be the key point of contact for partners for the ongoing management of delivery tablets and order management system
Manage Ireland cost and pack size input requirements into StarHO
Key Skills Required:
2 years working in a food supply or retail business or a graduate with a year’s industrial placement experience
Excellent project management skills, an accuracy orientated person with high attention to detail
Great communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to build relationships across teams internally and externally with key partners
Experience with critical paths and product launch processes
