NPD Manager

I am looking for an experienced indivudal who has a proven track record showing their creative flare, leading others and showcasing their passion within food.

You will need to have at least 5 years experience within a similar role, be extremely confident dealing with retailers and their different market standards. Have all the relevant food safety qualifications and importantly have a real passion for food and what you do. Ideally you will be educated to a degree level within a related science, however not essential.

This is an amazing opportunity that will suit a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

You will oversee the delivery of projects from concept to launch, help agree timelines and commercial targets. You will identify and evaluate food trends that support the business vision and customer strategy.

Help manage and optimise the development process whilst coaching & developing the team to maximise their creative potential together. You will also be the main point of contact for major retailers, so building rapport and maintaining an excellent relationship is essential.
