About Our Client

We are recruiting for a business with a strong history within their sector, with over 30 years within their market. This business has a strong and stable customer base, and they have worked incredibly hard over the years to build a strong relationship with a very credible retailer.

About the Job

With the business expanding over the years, investing, and developing different areas of the business this role will oversee all Operational functions throughout; including Warehouse, Production, and Logistics functions. You will ensure that all Operational processes function to their maximal potential, whilst also ensuring that Health & Safety is always being adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate

Coming from an environment that is fast-paced and focused on Food and Fresh Produce, you will ideally understand the nuances of these industries. An essential to this role is your management style and attitude to work and business. This role and the business, are all about the people who make up the business function. You will need passion and energy that takes those employees further.
