Salary - up to £35K
About Our Client
A hugely innovative and ambitious grower of fresh produce to many of the UK's best loved retailers. Plenty may have changed in the business since their humble beginnings as a family business, notwithstanding the huge recent growth but their values and ideals have not.
About the Job
You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.
The Ideal Candidate
It is essential that you a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
It is also highly desirable that you come with some sort of project management and or experience of bedding in new machinery or new equipment.
